NTU Timetable Export

Use this export tool to generate .ics file from your NTU timetable. ICS files may be imported into most calendars, such as google or apple calendar. This way, you can view your timetable in a sane format and from your phone.



Step 1 - Log into NTU system

Log into STARS Planner with your NTU account.




Step 2 - View the timetable

Click on the red View in Weekly Calendar format button at the bottom right of the page.




Step 3 - Copy the source code

Right click anywhere on the page and select View page source.

Copy all the text shown via Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C.




Step 4 - Generate ICS calendar file

Paste copied source code of the timetable website here.






Step 5 - Import downloaded ICS file to your calendar

The procedure varies per each application, but pretty much everything should support this file format.

Known bug: collisions don't get added into your calendar at all. For now, remember to add them manually.
